You have the right to request confirmation as to whether personal data relating to you is being processed by us. If this is the case, we are happy to provide you with information about this personal data and the information listed in Section 15 GDPR. In addition, and subject to the respective legal requirements, you are entitled to the right of correction (Section 16 GDPR), the right to restrict processing (Section 18 GDPR), the right of deletion (Section 17 GDPR), as well as the right of data transferability (Section 20 GDPR).You have the right to object to processing under the legal conditions (Section 21 GDPR).Apart from this, you may, at any time, exercise your right to submit a complaint to a supervisory authority if you deem the processing of personal data concerning you to be in violation of data privacy legislation (Section 77 GDPR).

 

5. Data processing when visiting the website

By visiting our website, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to visit our website, we collect the following data that is technically required by us, so as to display our website and to ensure its stability and security. These links normally collect data from you by default and transmit it to the servers of the respective provider. 9. Web analysis service Matomo

Our website uses the open source web analysis service Matomo, a service of “InnoCraft Ltd”, a company based in 7 Waterloo Quay PO625 Wellington, New Zealand. As InnoCraft is based outside the EU, InnoCraft has appointed a representative in the EU: ePrivacy Holding GmbH, Große Bleichen 21, 20354 Hamburg (privacy@innocraft.com). Matomo uses cookies that make it possible to analyse the use of the website. 10. Application Process

Applications are processed via our partner, softgarden e-Recruiting GmbH, Tauentzienstr. 14, 10789 Berlin. Softgarden processes the application data on behalf of DPS Engineering GmbH. 11. Data transfer to third parties

As a matter of principle, your data will not be transferred to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so. As far as external service providers come into contact with your personal data, we have ensured through legal, technical and organisational measures, as well as through regular checks, that they comply with the regulations of the data privacy laws. Furthermore, these service providers may only use your data in accordance with our instructions.

 

12. Duration of data storage

Your personal data will be deleted – subject to statutory retention periods – as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies.
