10. Application Process

Applications are processed via our partner, softgarden e-Recruiting GmbH, Tauentzienstr. 14, 10789 Berlin. Softgarden processes the application data on behalf of DPS Engineering GmbH. You can find out more about data protection at Softgarden here: course, we will only use your information to process your application.Detailed information about the processing of your personal data during our application process is available on our website at you have applied for a certain position and it has already been filled or we consider you to be even more suitable for another position, then we will forward your application, with your consent, to DPS Group.If a contract is not concluded, your personal data will be deleted 3 months after completion of the application process, unless you have provided us with your express consent for prolonged storage of your data.

As a matter of principle, your data will not be transferred to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so.
