Ulrike Uitz is a partner at DPS Engineering and is responsible for securities settlement.

She started at DPS directly after her studies in business informatics and has passed through all career stages. She is proficient in securities settlement across all products and process steps, both professionally and technically. In more than 20 years at DPS, she has successfully managed and completed many large projects.

Andreas Kleiner

Andreas Kleiner is Account Manager and Partner of the DPS Group.

After completing his studies in Stuttgart, Andreas Kleiner worked for a private bank for four years, gaining extensive insight and experience in the finance sector and in IT projects.

After joining DPS in 1992, he was initially responsible for individual projects in the payments and securities sectors and then took over multi- and large-scale project management for various major banks and data centres in Germany. In 2017, he took over account management for a major customer and was subsequently responsible for several years as interim manager at a customer. He has been a partner of the DPS Group since 2022.

Carsten Lange

Carsten Lange

Partner

Carsten Lange is a partner of the DPS Group with a focus on payments.

In various positions at the primary bank level and at a large bank data centre, Carsten Lange has been able to gain extensive experience in banking topics and their implementation in technical and IT projects since 1993.

After joining the DPS Group in 2007, he was able to put this experience to good use in various customer environments.

Kevin Seeck

Partner

Kevin Seeck has been a partner at the DPS Group since 2023 and is responsible for the area of digitalisation as well as the further development of large existing clients.

After studying economics, he worked for two decades in various management functions and as a project and programme manager for Commerzbank AG. There, he was responsible for strategic transformation projects in the private customer business and in corporate banking, and led the programme management for a group-wide lean programme.

From 2016, Kevin Seeck was responsible for the development and implementation of the “Digital Campus” as part of Commerzbank AG’s digitalisation strategy. During this time, he managed the establishment of agile methods and structures for 1,200 employees and the subsequent further development into today’s delivery organisation.

Sarah-Marie Holzgräfe

Sarah-Marie Holzgräfe, LL.M. is a partner in the DPS Group and is responsible for the area of compliance and regulation.

After studying law and completing her legal traineeship in Münster, Sarah-Marie Holzgräfe worked as a consultant in the areas of data protection and information security. On the side, she completed a Master’s degree in IT law at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf.

In 2017, she joined DPS and managed regulatory and IT projects in the area of self-service for various major banks.

She has been a partner in the DPS Group since 2023.

Bernhard Uitz

Partner

Bernhard Uitz is a partner in the DPS Group and is responsible for Application Management & Legacy IT.

After his banking training, he gained several years of experience in various areas at a major bank and a savings bank. He started at DPS in 2007 and has passed through all career stages. He was able to contribute his practical experience in various areas of the bank, including securities processing, a central market data platform and in overall bank management in various roles, both professionally and technically.

Since the beginning of 2023, he has been responsible for Application Management & Legacy IT for a major customer.

Joachim Weber

Sales Director

Joachim Weber is Sales Director of the DPS Group.

Before joining DPS in 2002, he spent more than 15 years in various management positions at a company working for financial institutions.

At DPS, he was initially responsible for the expansion of sales activities and the associated expansion of the customer base. With the expansion of the self-service platform eCMS in the German market, market leadership was achieved for this DPS segment. After a short time, Mr. Weber was granted procuration. In close cooperation with the managing partner, various major projects were successfully won, which expanded the customer base of DPS accordingly.

Currently, Mr. Weber is mainly responsible for the support of all self-service customers and the associated projects.
