More service – less effort
The Amt-O-Mat can be placed in locations that allow for use outside of administrative opening hours.
The devices are equipped with all the components required for a complete application process: scanning attachments, identification using an electronic ID card, printing certificates or receipts, and even paying the due fees. Passports, documents, and other items can also be issued via the terminals’ dispensing compartments.

Pilot project in the Mayen-Koblenz district
The use of our self-service technology as a digital access to administrative services is currently being piloted in six municipalities and towns in the Mayen-Koblenz district. The project is part of the “Smart Cities” model project funded by the Federal Ministry for Housing, Urban Development and Building and KfW.
Accompanying scientific research by Prof. Dr. Dr. Niehaves and his team is collecting the data necessary for evaluation and improvement.

Amt-O-Mat 2.0 together with ekom21
Together with ekom21, we are currently further developing the Amt-O-Mat for use specifically in Hessian municipalities. In addition to document issuance, the low-threshold access to services provided by the Civento system plays a particularly important role. Registration services, applications for registry office certificates, and appointment scheduling are also possible easily and securely – from application to payment.
