This year, DPS has once again achieved an excellent result in the GDPR performance analysis conducted by TÜV Rheinland i-sec GmbH. The company has thus once again confirmed its high standards in data protection.
The audit is based on the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of existing data protection measures. Thanks to the consistent further development of its data protection processes, DPS was once again able to demonstrate a high-performance data protection management system that complies with strict regulatory requirements.
The audit report states: ‘Overall, it was found that the data protection requirements have been implemented and even exceeded in some areas. The data protection organisation is integrated into the company in an exemplary manner. Accordingly, no risks could be identified.’
