A leading German bank has comprehensively modernised its ATM network. DPS was responsible for key technical components, including the integration and adaptation of new devices, the integration of a money-inking system into the monitoring system, and software distribution via the eCMS Suite.
Particular attention was paid to the barrier-free design of the user interface. The implementation was based on the requirements of the Barrier-Free Access Act (BFSG), which will set new standards for access to digital services in the future.
With this step, the major bank is strengthening its cash infrastructure and creating new, inclusive access for its customers.
