On 21 September 2022, DPS and Ratiodata SE, system house partner of the cooperative FinanzGruppe Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken and multiple award-winning managed service provider, presented a prototype application to representatives of the towns of Bad Hersfeld and Rotenburg an der Fulda, which can be used to offer local government citizen services on video terminals of the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken.
The presentation took place at the VR Bankverein Bad Hersfeld-Rotenburg eG, which already uses video terminals (Video Consults) from Ratiodata. The solution presented is based on the eCMS product suite, which DPS has been using successfully for many years in customer self-service in the financial sector.
The response was unanimously positive and there is interest on the part of all parties to the discussion to further deepen the approach.
