DPS covers additional costs for the Deutschlandticket

The Deutschlandticket, also known as the 49-euro ticket, will become more expensive from the new year. The price increase was decided in order to cover the increased costs in public transport. From January 2025, the ticket will cost 58 euros per month. DPS will cover these additional costs for its employees in full, in addition to the existing employer subsidy.

This decision is part of a comprehensive commitment to sustainability and environmentally friendly mobility. The DPS Group is actively committed to protecting the environment and promoting sustainable practices. This includes measures to reduce CO2 emissions, promote renewable energies and support environmentally friendly means of transportation.

“By covering the additional costs of the Deutschlandticket, a further step is being taken to provide our employees with a convenient and cost-effective way to commute to work, while also protecting the environment,” explains Thomas Kanold, Managing Partner at DPS.
