DPS has again successfully passed the DSGVO performance analysis of TÜV Rheinland i-sec GmbH in 2023.
The audits are based on the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and are carried out using a proven audit catalogue.
This year, a monitoring took place with the result that the data protection management system continues to be in an excellent and non-objectionable condition. Our continuous development of measures to meet the requirements of data protection legislation, case law and supervisory practice has thus proven its worth.
